Charles E. Hubert Jr., MSW, LCSW

Charles E. Hubert Jr. received his Masters of Social Work from the University of Southern California Los Angeles, CA.  Mr. Hubert is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker [LCSW #C013879] approved by the North Carolina Social Work Certification and Licensure Board [NCSWCLB] and a Licensed Independent Social Worker [LISW #17129] in South Carolina.


Charles works with individuals (ages 13+), families, and couples experiencing challenges in their daily lives.  He utilizes an integrative, strength-based approach drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy) to create a tailored therapy experience for each client that he sees.  Charles has worked with adults with ADHD, and various persistent trauma conditions.  


Charles has experience working with people who are currently deconstructing religion as well as experiencing religious trauma. Mr. Hubert is LGBTQIA+ allied and works with people of all ages, races, gender identities, and sexual orientations.

Brandi J. Hedges-Hubert MS, LCMHC-S, LPC, LMHC

Brandi Hedges-Hubert received her Master’s of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL.  Mrs. Hedges-Hubert is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor [LCMHC-S #S12607] approved by the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors [NCBLCMHC], a Licensed Professional Counselor [LPC #9809] in South Carolina, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor [LMHC #MH25243] in Florida.


Brandi's focus is individuals, adolescences (16+), families, and couples struggling with a wide variety of challenges.  She utilizes an integrative approach drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy in order to meet the unique needs of each client. She has prior experience in working with adults and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and those exhibiting sexualized behaviors.   


Brandi's sessions are person centered, strength-based, and LGBTQ+ affirming so every client will receive a tailored plan that focuses on their specific needs and the strengths that they already possess in order to address a variety of clinical concerns.  


Brandi Hedges Hubert is a Qualified Clinical Supervisor and is available to provide supervision for LCMHC-A and Master's Level interns. 

Rachel Jones MA, LCMHC, PMH-C

 Rachel Jones received her Master’s in Counseling from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC.  Mrs. Jones is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor [LCMHC #16277] approved by the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors [NCBLCMHC] and a Licensed Professional Counselor [LPC #10027] in South Carolina. She is also certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International.


Rachel Jones specializes in working with the emerging adulthood population. She works with clients in areas related to anxiety and life transitions including; balancing school/work/life, adjusting to living alone or moving to college, developing a sense of self, and future planning/goal setting. Rachel successfully helps her clients grow as they learn how to "adult" in a way that feels authentic to them.


Rachel also focuses on working with women as they transition into motherhood. She supports her clients throughout their perinatal experience as they prepare for their new role, while also learning how to honor and advocate for themselves.


Rachel believes in working with her clients as a team to best reach their therapeutic goals. She utilizes a holistic approach and naturally draws from solution focused, cognitive-behavioral and client centered theories.


Hannah Brady MS, LCMHC, NCC

 Currently seeing clients in person in High Point, NC. Also offering telehealth services for anyone in NC and SC.

 

Hannah completed her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2018. Hannah is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor [LCMHC #14655] approved by the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors, NCBLCMHC.


Hannah has experience in working with preteens (12+), adolescents, and adults who experience emotional distress related to anxiety, depression, developmental transitions, parent support, spirituality, and difficulties adjusting to life stressors. Hannah is LGBT+ affirming and specializes in working with individuals who are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. Hannah enjoys working with individuals who are neurodivergent seeking help in managing day to day life. Hannah draws from evidence-based practices such as Person-Centered Counseling, Cognitive-Behavioral Counseling, Solution-Focused Counseling, and Psychodynamic Counseling through a trauma-informed lens in order to meet the needs of her clients. She believes it is important to foster a trusting relationship where she can collaborate with her clients on making meaning of their thoughts, emotions, and life challenges. 


She believes that therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, but rather supporting you in unraveling your story and making meaning of it. Your lore is safe with her. Hannah views her clients as the expert in their own lives and strives to work collaboratively with them in order to gain a deeper understanding of their emotional patterns as well as reach their therapeutic goals. Dave Hochreiter MA, LCMHC, NCC

 Dave earned his masters in School Counseling from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. He is a  Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate [LCMHC #15626] approved by the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors [NCBLCMHC]. 


Dave has experience working with children (5+), adolescents and adults from all backgrounds. Some areas of experience/interest include Depression, Anxiety (general/testing), Autism Spectrum Disorder, School Issues (academics, social & emotional, behavior, accommodations), ADHD, Men’s Issues, Life Transitions, Career Challenges, and Trauma. While not limited to the following, Dave employs a person-centered approach that pulls from techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness to meet the needs of his clients. 


Dave is an LGBTQIA+ ally and works with people of all cultures, ages, races, gender identities, and sexual orientations. Mr. Hochreiter is dedicated to meeting clients where they are to address their needs and reach their goals 

Claire Aft MS, LCMHC-A, NCC

  

Claire Aft received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of North Carolina Greensboro. Claire is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A #20303) approved by the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (NCBLCMHC).


 Claire Aft works with teenagers (11+), adults, and couples. Claire is LGBTQ+ friendly and honors different identities that clients have. She specializes in depression, mood swings, coping skills, processing difficult experiences, and developing identity. Claire helps clients create a “coping-tool box” and unpack difficult past experiences in a trauma-informed manner, and does not rush her client's healing process, it is at their own pace.


Claire utilizes a strengths-based and holistic approach, while drawing on Adlerian theory and CBT, and incorporates elements of DBT. Claire utilizes art in therapy sessions if her client are interested. Claire believes in honoring and understanding that clients are the expert in their own experiences and works collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals. 

Zoe Stuckey MS, LCMHC-A

Zoe completed her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate LCMHCA #A20235 approved by the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (NCLCMHCB).


Zoe primarily works with adults and college-aged clients who experience a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, depressive disorders, borderline personality disorder (BPD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She also has experience supporting older adolescents as they transition into adulthood. Zoe utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, and Person-Centered Therapy through a trauma-informed lens.


 Zoe strives to create a supportive and empathetic environment where clients can explore their thoughts, develop insight into their emotional patterns, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Sam Bishop MA, LCMHC-A

Sam Bishop received his Masters of Arts in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary in Oviedo, Florida. Sam is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate [#A21905] approved by the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors [NCBLCMHC].


Sam works with adolescent (14+ years old) and adult clients who experience a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety and depressive disorders, grief and loss, complex trauma, low self-image issues, and major life transitions. Sam utilizes an approach to counseling based in attachment theory and draws from several other counseling theories, including but not limited to emotionally focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to tailor the counseling journey to clients' unique needs.


Sam has been described as a warm, curious, thoughtful, and creative counselor. He strives to create a safe space for you to explore your story, understand yourself and your styles of relating, and foster healing as you grow in confidence and resilience. Sierra Howe MS, LCMHC-A, NCC

Sierra is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA #A22053) approved by the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors [NCBLCMHC]. She earned her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina. 


Sierra works with children (5+), adolescence/teens, adults, families, and couples. She specializes in areas such as complex trauma and somatic experiences as well as anxiety disorders, personality disorders, family dynamics and navigating couples related issues. Sierra works from a dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) approach while also integrating approaches such as but not limited to polyvagal theory, attachment theory, utilizing Gottman method with couples, and child-centered play therapy.


Sierra is an LGBTQ+ ally and works from a holistic and trauma-informed approach considering all aspects of the client and their life. She believes that each person deserves to be heard and supported in a tailored therapeutic experience. She strives to offer clients validation and acceptance of their experiences while also helping them meet their therapy goals. 

Kait Wilson, MSW LCSW-A

Kait holds a Master of Social Work degree from NC State University. She has fourteen years of experience in various settings including: Intensive In-Home, domestic violence shelter, Assertive Community Treatment, youth crisis shelter, Supportive Housing, and hospice/bereavement. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A, License# P022941) approved by the North Carolina Social Work Certification and Licensure Board. 


Kait has extensive experience working with families, adolescents (14+), couples, adults, and seniors from diverse backgrounds and is LGBTQIA+ affirming. With a strong foundation in community mental health, she specializes in navigating family systems, complicated grief, life transitions, generational trauma, caregiver fatigue, living with anxiety, depression, and neurodivergent individuals. Kait uses a mix of modalities such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy, motivational interviewing techniques, mindfulness, harm reduction, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Kait believes strongly in strength-based, culturally aware, trauma-informed care and meets clients where they are in their journey. 


In a session with Kait, you can expect smiles, tears, a few good metaphors, and a place where talking and the simple presence of self are of both equal values. Kait provides a safe, fully inclusive, judgement-free space to explore the deepest, and sometimes scariest, parts of yourself. Kait individualizes each session to reflect client goals and empower clients toward growth and healing at their pace, in their way.

Sarah Troutman MSW, LCSW-A

Sarah received her Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate [LCSWA #P018916] approved by the North Carolina Social Work Certification and Licensure Board. 


Sarah is passionate about her work supporting children, adolescents and adults navigating life’s challenges. She takes a down-to-earth, empathetic, and strengths-based approach to therapy, meeting every individual where they are and tailoring her methods to fit their unique needs and goals. 

With extensive experience working with children and adolescents with disabilities, as well as those who have experienced trauma. Sarah brings both deep expertise and dedication to her work. She is skilled in helping young people and their families navigate complex emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. 

Sarah integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Play Therapy to create individualized treatment plans that promote growth and resilience. 


Sarah’s genuine, approachable style reinforces her ability to connect with clients of all ages. Whether supporting a child through play therapy, guiding a teen through emotional regulation, or helping an adult rediscover balance, she strives to make therapy a supportive and meaningful experience that fosters lasting growth and healing.

Haley McCord MSW, LCSW

  

Haley completed both her Master of Social Work with a Rural Specialization and her Bachelor of Social Work at Concord University in Athens, West Virginia. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker [LCSW #C015102], approved by the North Carolina Social Work Certification and Licensure Board (NCSWCLB).


Haley is a trauma-focused therapist who supports individuals seeking relief from the emotional, relational, and physical impacts of trauma. She integrates Somatic Experiencing (SE) with client-centered and psychodynamic approaches, helping clients understand how their bodies, beliefs, and histories shape their current experiences. Her work focuses on supporting people living with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, complicated grief, boundary injuries, and patterns rooted in early or generational wounds. 


In therapy, Haley brings a grounded and collaborative presence. She aims to create a space that feels safe, steady, and genuinely attuned - where clients can explore difficult emotions at a pace that feels manageable. Her approach honors each person’s readiness, resilience, and unique ability to heal.


Haley’s goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves, restore a sense of agency, and move toward a life that feels more livable. She welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and experiences. 

Elnore Barber MS, LMFT-A

Elnore Barber received her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from East Carolina University. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate [LMFT-A #20740A] approved by the North Carolina Marriage and Family Therapy Licensure Board (NCMFTLB). 


Elnore primarily works with college-aged individuals, adults, and couples who face various mental health concerns and relational distress. She has experience working with those facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and various physical health concerns (e.g., TBI, SCI), supporting coping and adjustment to the many impacts that mental and physical diagnoses can have on the individual and those around them. Elnore is passionate about working with couples navigating life transitions, emotional distance, trust issues, and various other difficulties. 


Elnore utilizes evidence-based approaches, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to deliver a strengths-based, holistic stance. She also encourages clients to develop their coping skills and implement therapy practices into daily life via the use of psychoeducation and empowerment. Elnore believes in collaborating with clients to create a path forward that often involves identifying emotional patterns and fostering strong, secure relationships.
